Yes, these clocks play azan automatically at the set times of each prayer and it automatically pick up right times for the city, once you feed the city code. Also you can set additional alarm.

Code for San Francisco (CA) is 391 for these clocks, other two cities, mentioned in the question, are not available in the manual.
