Is it possible to plug external speakers to this device.
How do you watch the video - do you plug into TV or PC?

Yes, it is possible to connect external speakers provided that, those speakers have proper knob that which can be plugged in to this device.

This device does not have any video out put port so you can only view the video on the device's own screen.
Please can you explain to me what you mean by asynchronous transltions? Is this product capable of just playing the english translation as a whole surah or does it translate ayat by ayat? How many Sheiks are reciting?

Asynchronous Translation means that translation is recited after every ayat.

Once shaykh recites Arabic recitation and then after that aayat English translation is played.

In this device, there is only one shaykh reciting whole Quran.
